copy & paste problems

Postby jc » Sun Jul 10, 2005 11:04 pm

Hi Albert,

Please help...

When I opened up an html file (generated by Flash), the cut/paste/copy functions were deactivated, then when I tried to close the program, I got the following error message:

Access violation at address 005A50A9 in module 'CSE 70.exe'. Read of address 00000220

I'm using v.7.0003 pro. OS: Windows XP pro.

Thanks,
Judy

Hi Judy,

Does this always happen?

If so, can you send me the file? Please send it via attachment to support at htmlvalidator dot com.

If not, then it may be a fluke. Let me know if you can reproduce it so I can try to reproduce it here and get it fixed.

Hi,

This happens to me at least 5 times a day. But unfortunately I cannot reproduce it.

If the problem occurs the only way to stop it, is to cancel the process in the task manager. Simply clicking OK doesn't help, because you are in an endless loop of errors.

Hope you will find what is causing this.

Thanks,

Ron

I'm having a hard time reproducing this. Can anyone having this crash problem give me any more information that might be useful? How are you using the program? Is there anything that you are doing with the program that you think might be related to the crashing? Please give me any information that you can that you think might help me reproduce the problem.

Sorry for trouble!
