Add a new "rel" attribute

Hi,
after reinstall Windows & install CSE HTML Validator I receive some "old errors".

One error is ... The "rel" attribute contains an unrecognized value ...
Ok, understand, rel = "colorbox" is unknown and I'm able to configure CSE to ignore this type of error. But this is not 100% my wish.

Is there the possibility to add new rel attributes too?

Do you mean you want it to be built-in to CSE HTML Validator so you don't have to configure it yourself?

Sure, I can do this for values that are "common". If you can point me to a link with common rel values, then I can make sure CSE HTML Validator knows about them and doesn't generate "unknown" warnings.

I would like to configure myself CSE HTML Validator to recognize a new attribute for rel but I do not know where.

Hi Alexander,

Oh, I understand. I thought you had configured it yourself.

The easiest way would be to just right-click on the message in the editor's Results Window and choose Options for this Message->Disable using Exact Text Match. The other option is more complicated and would involve using the Configuration Editor (Pro+ edition) to customize the configuration file.
