Registration help

I finally installed my CSE Validator Pro (10.02) then went about to enter my registration information.

The CD has a reg # and a key on the front (both numbers) so I entered those into the PIN and key boxes in my copy of CSE, but I get a "registration failed" error.

What could be going on?

I'm sorry. I will let them know about this. You will also need your registration name (it must match exactly). Please email your registration number to me via support at htmlvalidator dot com or PM through the forum. I will then email your full registration information to you.
