Check version says latest version is 11.02.11

Hi Roedy,
Yes, I have not enabled the update check system to detect the latest version yet (which I just released today and is a very minor update over 11.02xx). I sometimes do that later to help make sure no unexpected issues pop up before the new version is reported with the update check system.
