CSE HTML Validator doesn't currently support project workspaces. However, if you want to manually "hack" this, then you could try running
CSE HTML Validator in portable mode. In that mode it will use a "cseoptions.ini" file to save all the settings. You could exit
CSE HTML Validator, swap out the ini file for another, then restart
CSE HTML Validator to use another ini file. You should be able to run in portable mode just by creating a blank "cseoptions.ini" file in the installation folder.
Another "hack" would be to create multiple
CSE HTML Validator folders and each one can have a different cseoptions.ini file.
Or, if you just need two "workspaces", you could use one "cseoptions.ini" file in your installation folder for one "workspace", and rename it to something else for another "workspace" that runs in "normal" mode and uses the registry because it can't find the "cseoptions.ini" file.
