HTML Validator seems to think it is fine.

W3C seems to think it has 5 errors.

I don't understand the W3C errors. It is as though they have stricter rules on nesting tags.

I don't think the W3C validator likes the "</" part of the script that's not "</script>".

Try changing this:

To this to split up the "</" part of the string:
