Reload dialog

Hi Albert,

I often do most of my editing in Dreamweaver and use CSE to validate and make corrections. It's not uncommon for me to have 6 or more files open and all of them have changed.

It would be nice to have the "Reload Document?" dialog also have a button for "Reload All", so I can reload all of them with just one click.

Obviously there could be a chance that I have unsaved changes and that might require a separate dialog.

I realize there is probably a setting to automatically reload changed documents without a dialog, but I prefer to leave that off.

Thanks. I'll try to get this into the next major release.

I think a "Reload All" button to reload all files that have changed on disk (unless there are unsaved changes) is a good idea.

FWIW, a lot of software could use it as well.
