Access violation at address 00652CA6

I've been running CSE8.0 for a while without problems.
Recently I changed the account it runs under, but I am now getting the following error:
Access violation at address 00652CA6 in module 'cse80.exe'. Read of address 00000008

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Can you provide more details? Is the problem easily reproducible? If so, can you tell me the steps needed to reproduce it?

Are you running any security software? You may want to try temporarily disabling it as it often interferes with the normal functioning of a computer and can cause strange problems.
