mislabeled search replace boxes

In the search replace box is a "replace all".

In all other editors I have used this means "replace everything without prompts".

In yours in means replace on by one. In other editors this is the default.

In yours replace works only once by default. This useless since you could manually edit one instance much faster than you could net up a search/replace.

There in no way in CSE editor you can get everything replaced without answering a zillion prompts.
