Rebuild Site crashes TopStyle on Win 7

When I rebuild a site in TopStyle 4.0.0.88 the program crashes on Win 7. If I run topstyle as administrator then the rebuild works.

What crash? Are you getting an error report? If yes, then I would appreciate it if you could send it to me.

Where is your site located? (what directory?)

My drive has two partitions C: & D: The website is located on the root of D: drive, Example: D:\mywebsite\
