TopStyle 4.0.0.89 freezes

After upgrading to new version TopStyle 4.0.0.89 freezes for few seconds when starting and when opening files it also freezes for few seconds.
It's very annoying because in all previous versions there was everyting ok.
I'm running Windows Vista Business.

Yes, I have to wait to open every file for a while (about 20-30 seconds)

I realized that this problem is when doubleclicking on css-file in explorator (or in Total Commander for example) but when opening in TopStyle (Open) it open files quickly.

I've found that Kaspersky Internet Security is blocking (scanning) css-files. When I close KIS everything is OK.

Anti-virus "solutions" are notorious for slowing TopStyle down

But with previouse version of TopStyle 4.0.0.88 everything was ok. So I don't know what's wrong now.

Probably coincidence. Your anti-virus "solution" is out of my control, really.

I've had my own share of issues with anti-malware software and CSE HTML Validator. Since most of the anti-malware programs update themselves regularly, you never know when an update is going to cause problems and all of a sudden something doesn't work.
