Line Number Overlaps <BR> in Characters Toolbar

TopStyle Version 4.0.0.92
With line numbers turned on, there is a phantom line number [1] appearing above the html text window on the toolbar for Characters / Common / CSS etc.
The number appears at the far left when the page is first loaded, then eventually disappears as I switch between the TopStyle window and a browser window.

Here is a screenshot of the upper left corner. You see the line number 1 twice.
