Options Dialog box in 4.0.0.62

I'm using the above on a win 2003 machine.

In the options dialog (Option/options) I get an unusual display of the icons to the left of each option title. As follows:

1) All icons have a black background. (The rest of the dialog is white.)

2) No indented icons are visible. All are just black boxes.
