Select All skip data of the last collapsed section

When the sections are collapsed and a "select all" operation is performed to copy the data somewhere else, the data content of the last style is not included in clipboard.

Steps to reproduce:

1- Create a new CSS file and add something. Ex:
.test {
background-color: black;
}

2- Collapse the view
3- Edit -> Select All
4- Edit -> Copy
5- Start Notepad and paste the data

Issue happen in TopStyle 4.0.0.67
