Keyboard shortcuts

Hi

I am having problem with keyboard shortcut for delete line (Ctrl+Y). For some reason it acts as Redo shortcut.
Sometimes it deletes line, sometimes doesn't. I cant find the pattern to reproduce it.
As I can see in keyboard preferences, redo has Shift+Ctrl+Z shortcut only. There is no second shortcut defined for it.
