Drag and Drop of files in dual pane setup is weird

I'm a long time user of TS3, recently upgraded to TS4 -- a big improvement all round, great work

I've noticed a strange bug with dragging and dropping files from Windows Explorer if you're using a dual editors TS setup. If you select a few files and drag them into the TS workspace, they are dropped into the editor pane that last had focus. Even if I drop them into the editor pane without focus, they still go into the other one that has focus.

This is counter-intuitive to expectations and wonder if this could be fixed? Ideally, they should open in whichever pane you drop them into, regardless of which has focus.

I cannot seem to reproduce this. Here's what I did:
1. Launched TopStyle 4.0.0.81
2. Clicked: View > Split > Dual Editors: Side-by-Side
3. Clicked into the 1st (left-side) editor
4. Dragged a HTML document from Windows Explorer to the 2nd (right-side) editor

Result: HTML document opened itself in the 2nd (right side) editor (the one under the mouse cursor, not the one having input focus).

Am I missing something?

Sorry, my bug report isn't completely clear. You're correct in that dragging directly over the code pane works as expected. But the problem exists if you drag the file into an empty space on the file tab strip: files go into whichever pane has focus.
