TopStyle4 Local hyperlinks in outout panel.

Greetings from the Antipodes!

I'm a newbie to TopStyle4 having migrated hereto from CoffeeCup HTML Editor, mainly due to XHTML~CSS capabilies.
If I load my local XHTML pages in the output panel, the absolute, external hyperlinked URLs work but the relative, internal or local ones do not.
I see the TopStyle had the Mozilla webkit engine so i suspect that this maybe Mozilla security setting or prohibiton.
What can I do to change thsu behaviour so that I can activate the local hyperlinks?
Perhaps there's a setting or FAQ URL I should investigate?
