Nothing updates on Chrome

Hi,
I've just installed latest version of TopStyle and it seems it doesn't work correctly. When internal browser is Chrome, and i change CSS, nothing changes in preview even after refresh. In IE it works, but how the hell does it supposed to support CSS3 or HTML5 this way??
