"portable" installation of TopStyle 5?

Can TopStyle 5 be installed as a "portable" application for use on a USB drive or on a "locked down" PC without administrator rights? I saw this question asked a couple of years ago in this forum, but it was never answered.

We do not offer a portable version, but there are 3rd party solutions out there that can package applications (including DLLs and registry) into a single EXE, for example: http://www.cameyo.com. Please note that we haven't tested them, and we do not officially support them.
