Can Topstyle4 edit .css file on remote sites using sftp. I'm using filezilla 3.2.4. When I try to configure FTP site it times out on me. I have tried selecting the Use passive ftp box.

No, TopStyle 4 does FTP only. SFTP support is planned for a future release.
