HTML Tabs - buttons missing

Under the HTML Tables tab there is only one icon for TABLE. All of the others have disappeared. I haven't renamed anything in my doc's and settings folder. I even uninstalled TS and reinstalled it. No luck.

Not sure how this could have happened, but you can try and copy everything from this folder:

C:\Program Files\TopStyle 4\user\HtmlToolbar\Tables

Into this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Bradsoft.com\TopStyle\4.0\HtmlToolbar\Tables

(assuming you're on XP)
