Stylesheets from URl don't load in Vista

When I enter an URL to a stylesheet in Internet Explorer, e.g. "http://www.mysite.com/style.css", TopStyle fires up and tries to display that file. That's cool and it worked in TopStyle 3. But now I get a "Cannot open file" dialog, saying, that the file is used by another process (probably IE). I don't need a reference to the file in the browser cache, I would be happy, if the file opens as a copy, an unnamed file.
