Locking panels

Something that has always annoyed me with topstyle is how easily the panels can be moved. Once I have the general panel layout set I don't want to adjust it.

If i am editing css or html there is nothing more annoying than accidentally dragging a panel. This happens all of the time.

Is it possible to lock all panels so that they cannot be dragged.

p.s. further to other people's comments thanks Stefan for taking over TopStyle. As a web developer I use it everyday and it is by far my favourite editor and I cannot do without it. Nothing else comes close for me. I hope it is a success for you.
