import settings from top style 3

I have purchased Top Style 4 and wish to import my preferences from top style 3. The tools button allows me to do so but requests registry files. Where do those files reside? i am somewhat familiar with Windows registry but only want to access and import the relevant files needed. How do I do that?

Launch TopStyle 3. Select Options > Export Settings.
