... I can't find my original 3.X activation code. I was recently sent (by email) an upgrade offer, so I'm hoping that you have my details on record, somewhere.

Hi Japes,

You do not need your original 3.x activation code. My (online order) system will recognize your name (and your e-mail address).

If there is a problem with my system not recognizing your name (and your e-mail address), I will manually process those orders.
