Scroll speed slow(lags)

Is it just me, or does the scroll speed when using a mouse wheel seem really slow in TopStyle? It's like you scroll the mouse wheel and the page doesn't scroll fast. It reminds me of the smooth scrolling you can turn on in Firefox.

I've tried the native mouse support in the preferences and it has no effect.
