Editing Spell Checker User Dictionary

I would like to edit the user dictionary that the spell checker creates when I add new words. It seems to be encoded, however. What program can I use to edit this file?

In TopStyle
Options -> Spell Checker Options... -> Dictionaries ... Select a Dictionary then Edit
Options -> Spell Checker Options... -> Dictionaries ... Select a Dictionary then Edit
