Features which I was missing:
- enable the view "FTP Explorer" tab "Show folder tree
- change the file name in the view 'FTP Explorer'?

I have added this to version 4.0.0.84

Select a filename and press F2. This puts the filename in "edit mode". When you're done, press Enter.
