layout request

Hi,

I would like to post a request for the layout in TS4. At the moment the "output" pane is occupying the whole width of the window, but it would be better IMO to have the option to rather have the vertical panels extend to the bottom of the screen. That way one could adopt a more dreamweaver like layout.
