More PHP support - FTP to improve

Hello,

I am a very affectionat TopStyle user, I love it especially for the FTP feature that allow editing directly on remote server.

As a web designer I use WordPress for all my web projects, and as you probaly know WordPress means especially PHP and CSS.

Could you check out WeBuilder? It has some features that I would love to see implemented in the upcoming version of TopStyle in 2011.

About PHP/XHTML the open/closing tag highlighting is crucially important but missing in TP.

Is the same for CSS, to have opening and closing braces highlighting.

The FTP should allow renaming of files and the chance to go to up-level folders.

About PHP/XHTML the open/closing tag highlighting is crucially important but missing in TP.

By default, PHP (open/closing) tags are highlighted (yellow background). You can change this here: Options (F8) > Editor > Color Coding > HTML > ASP or PHP tags.

Is the same for CSS, to have opening and closing braces highlighting.

By default, CSS (open/closing) braces are highlighted (bold). You can change this here: Options (F8) > Editor > Color Coding > CSS > Brackets.

I have added this to version 4.0.0.84. You'll need to press F2 on a file in FTP explorer.

and the chance to go to up-level folders.

There's a button on the FTP toolbar named "Up One Level". Alternatively, you can click on a folder named ".." (no quotes), or click on the breadcrumbs that are displayed below the FTP toolbar.
