Find/Replace in Files Needs Warning or Auto Reset

The most annoying thing about the otherwise quite good Find/Replace in Files is that the target directory must be set manually.
Please have it give a warning, or better yet, reset the target directory if the one it is pointing to is not that of the current document being edited.

I just caused a significant change in a website I was not editing because I forgot to check the target directory pointer.
This needs to be fixed to provide a better user interface - one that helps me, not gets me in big trouble.

1. Open Find/Replace in Files (Shift+Ctrl+F)
2. Click on Search in this folder
3. Change it to "in the folder of the current document"
