modify button and rendering

In the "options" windows ( see file attachment ) we can add Edit and delete data . why the " Customize Preview files " don't have an edit/copy button to easy add another custom url .

It not easy to understand if topstyle can preview local file that is open in the editor or preview same file from the server . in a way setting is locate in the "Options" and "Custom preview files" ?
