save behaviour when use other software

Hi

I ise many software for edit same file , some software take care . they behave like this , when the application loose the focus nothing occur , when they have the focus they inform us , or wait that the document we edit as the focus to alert us and give us the choice to delete the change that have been done during the time of loose and hvae focus , and save the file to the same location or save the "old file " in a new file .
some softwre don't care if there was change during the lost of focus and let user write , it only when save button is choose that the software remain that there is 2 version of the same file .

It ll be nice that the softwre take care of this point and don't let the user write code as nothing occur in the same file elsewhere . some editor see change and don't let us save the same file to the same location

In topstyle when change occur in the same css file but using another css editor , Ctr Save in topstyle don't take care that the same file was edit by another css editor !!!!! . It is really not logic . This must be handle by the OS level not the application !!

At this time , i have to close the css editor ( only the page ) and reload the same page using File reo open .
