Undefined style Report

I frequently run an undefined styles report to make sure I have been spelling class names correctly throughout my markup.

However, every time I run it I have to wait several minutes while TopStyle prepares an orphaned style list which I am not interested in.

Please don't automatically compute the orphan style list.
