TopStyle Type Size in Windows 7

I Increased the type size generally in Windows 7 from "small" to "medium" . Most apps responded with bigger type and bigger boxes to hold it. However, the type in TopStyle for the Orphans report remains tiny. Is there a way to bump it up?
