Yes, they will be... All 10.99xx versions, when referred to with only two decimal places will be "11.00 BETA" versions.
I guess you could say that if it says "BETA" after it, then subtract .01 from the version #... then for BETA 4 you can add .004 and for the "B" in "BETA 4B" you can add .0002. That makes "v11.00 BETA 4B" the same as version 10.9942.
