Will generate an error that FREESOFTWAREDOWNLOADS is duplicated.

I don't think there is a limit on the length. If there is, that's how the error should be reported.

I cannot reproduce this. There shouldn't be a length limit.

Are you sure there really isn't a duplicate FREESOFTWAREDOWNLOADS id?

If you still think this is a bug, then please send me a sample document that reproduces the problem.
