whole page in <H1></H1>s

Just something I found when I took over a web site written some years ago in Adobe PageMill (mac version).

I don't know if this is a PageMill quirk, or if the person who created the pages did it, but the whole page is inclosed in <H1></H1>s. But, when I ran the validator on the pages, there wasn't a mention of this problem. I just thought it could of been mentioned by the validator.

Just a thought for future versions.
