Feature Request

I haven't downloaded the 8.0 yet, so if you've already done this you may flame me...

It's just a little thing, but I would like to request that a "Hide Results Window" button be placed on the toolbar next to the "Validate" pull down menu.

I am hammering the Validate All control all the time, but the 'Hide Results Window' button is so teeny. Plus, I keep my start menu on the right side of my screen.

That would be tops! :D

Hello,

You can quickly hide and show the Results Window with the F9 key. I think that would be the best solution rather than adding another toolbar button.

Thanks. I figured there was something. F9, got it.

I was just thinking it would be easy to click : click.

Since most of the time my pages dont have any errors, anyway.

O.K., I've been practicing my F9, but I think I'd still like a button.

Something else I have been thinking about is...

Is it possible to create a way to check CSS tags used on a webpage versus the "available" CSS descriptors?

For example, when upgrading/updating pages, it would be nice to know if I had some extraneous CSS left over on a web page that was not defined in a referenced stylesheet somwhere.

Such as <p class="oldcss"> might generate a comment or warning that p.oldcss or .oldcss is not found on any of the referenced style sheets.

Begging your pardon if this has been asked already...

Sorry, that is not currently possible. It is something that I'd like to do in the future though, but it's not going to make it in v8.0.
