Structure Window not scrolling v8 BETA 1.c

If I click in Structure Window (left pane option) my scroll wheel still scrolls the right hand pane rather than the Structure Window.

Is that correct behaviour?

Yes, that is the correct behavior. I didn't purposely design it that way but that is how the controls operate on my system as well. It may be because the active focus is on the editor so that is what scrolls.
