Download page contains secure and nonsecure items

On this page I get a warning, I assume from the "rate this product" image:

Thanks. It looks like you were using a secure connection and thus got this warning for the insecure image.

I've temporarily removed the rating image and link because it looks like they (download.com) changed it so that clicking on that link takes one to a download page, not a rating page, and that would be very confusing.
