error with illegal character in querystring

Assuming a url such as

www.domain.com?name=sara jay

beta 2 fails with "failed: 400 bad request. You may need to check your network connection and proxy settings"

Plus the error message box does not stay on top.

the batch wizard works fine with this url

and so does firefox.

if the utl is changed to www.domain.com?name=sara%20jay all work
