File change restore bug

I'm noticing another bug.

I often leave CSE open while I edit in Dreamweaver or Beyond Compare. On many occasions, CSE will report the file has changed and do I want to reload it? I click ok, but the program cannot be restored and just stays in the task bar. I have to right-click on CSE in the taskbar and choose "close", then reopen it. The program is not locked or hung, just fails to restore to a normal (non-minimized) window. I've noticed this behavior in Vista and Windows 7.

Thanks. This should be fixed in the next update. Please test it when available. I am hoping to make it available later today.
