It is actually 9.0302

Yes, you are right, but when I refer to "9.03", it could mean any "9.03xx" version. The "9.03" is the most important part. I don't normally update it with every minor release, just the more major "9.0x" releases. If you scroll down the page to the "Current Versions Available" section then you can see the full version number of the latest release.
