No target list when opening the batch validation

Small glitch. When using the Start Menu shortcut to start the batch validation, the target list is empty. When starting CSE via the main program and then using the Tools>Batch Wizard dialogue, the target list is present. On my system, the target list has been saved to a non-default location.

I do not know whether this is really beta related. It was the first time that I started the batch validation that way.

Yes, you are right. When the Batch Wizard is started the way, it doesn't automatically reload the last target list. It would probably be better if it did. I'll look into changing this.

UPDATE: In the next BETA, the previous target list should now auto-load when starting the Batch Wizard in this manner. Thanks!
