Bug - modal tip window can't be closed?

Hi,

fantastic product, but I came across this issue with this v10 beta:

I clicked on the browse tab after running a validate on a page, clicked through some script error dialog warnings then the tips window popped up then was hidden behind main window.

It must have been a modal window, but when I found it I couldn't close the window by clicking OK or any other means. This locked the application. It seemed to be this anyway - waiting for me to dismiss the Tips window (about 'it is important to note that browser ..."), which I couldn't do.

Thanks for the report. I'll look into this before the release.

UPDATE: I've changed the tip form so that it is not modal anymore. I hope this will resolve any issues like the above while making the program more flexible.
