Watchfire Linkbot Replacement

Does anyone know of a contemporary link checking tool, which is site-related and comprehensive, such as the Watchfire Linkbot was?
The utility should capture JavaScript links, and also links contained in PDF documents (this is what Xenu does not support as of current). Orphanes should also be listed.
