Listbox White/Grey ¿What makes the difference?

Hi,

I´m developing two web application projects,

I´ve release than on one of my projects the list boxes from a

normal record form looks white with a down black arrow inside a white square,

but on the pop-up windows, the list boxes looks grey with a down black arrow inside a grey square,

On the other hand on the pop-up windows also the buttons are shrink, while on the normal record form the

buttons are perfectly well sized, there´s no any Javascript error messages,

there´s no very special CSE HTML Validator error messages different than other pages,

tags deprecated etc..

¿Any Suggestion?
