Score Card for IE 9

There's a score card out for IE9 at http://j.mp/a3lNEG.

Would be better if IE8 was listed.

It looks like SVG will at long last become practical within a few years.

Makes interesting reading.

I took a quick look at the site. It looks like IE8 is listed now... and it makes IE9 seem like a massive improvement.

Thanks for that update.

I'm glad to see IE8 listed.

These are of course the extra tests listed here, so it's a partial picture. However the effort that's going into the testing bodes very well for the future.

I'd like to see more ambitious plans but it's not easy. I'm keeping an eye on discussions in WHATWG and the W3C. The guys who are doing this are very busy. (Just under 50 technical emails to digest in the last 24 hours is hard work in my book.)
