It's HitTail, and it looks at your existing organic traffic and pulls out the keywords that you have the highest likelihood of ranking for. It's a nice way to help automate some of your keyword research.

I'm tempted to try the trial! shame they don't accept PayPal, I always forget to login and cancel my trials when I pay by card, while paypal I check daily

They do say you can cancel at anytime, so if you decide that you don't want to use the service and forget to cancel, then it's not a big loss if you have to pay for one month.

Hopefully they will tell you a few days ahead of time before charging your card, but I'm not sure. I could find out for you if you'd like.
